Information we collect
We process the contact details, organisation, role, project information, survey answers and appointment details you provide. In-person meetings also require a meeting address. Technical information, such as IP address, access logs and session identifiers, is used to operate and protect the service. Please provide only relevant information; never send passwords or access codes.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, assess needs, prepare proposals, manage appointments and deliver services. Processing depends on the purpose: steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, applicable legal obligations, security needs and consent where required. A service request does not subscribe you to advertising.
Who can access it
Access is intended for authorised staff handling your request and technical providers supporting hosting, business software, email and backups. Data is not sold. Links to external social platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.
Hosting and transfers
Our websites use an Odoo installation hosted through DigitalOcean. Email and backup providers may process information outside the DRC. Technical or legal safeguards must be assessed for transfers where required by applicable law.
Retention
Information is retained for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, then reviewed for deletion or restricted archiving. Legal duties, disputes or evidence preservation may require longer retention. You may request information about the retention applicable to your file.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and object to processing where applicable. You can withdraw consent for optional tracking without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity verification. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
